Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand our refund terms before purchasing

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions made on the DYN EVENTS platform at dynticket.com. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Platform Activation Fees (Event Organisers)

DYN EVENTS charges a per-seat activation fee when an organiser activates an event. This fee covers platform usage, QR ticket generation, entry management, and guest data handling for that event.

  • All platform activation fees are strictly non-refundable once an event has been activated (payment confirmed and tickets made available).
  • If a payment is made but the event activation fails due to a technical error on our side, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Failed payment attempts are not charged. If Razorpay captures a payment but our system does not activate the event, contact us within 48 hours at support@dynticket.com with the Razorpay payment ID.

2. Event Ticket Refunds (Guests)

DYN EVENTS is a ticketing infrastructure platform. We do not sell event tickets directly to guests or collect guest ticket payments. All ticket pricing, distribution, and payment collection is managed solely by the event organiser.

  • Refund requests for event tickets must be directed to the event organiser, not to DYN EVENTS.
  • DYN EVENTS bears no liability for refund disputes between guests and event organisers.
  • Organisers are responsible for communicating their own refund and cancellation policy to ticket holders.

3. Event Cancellation by Organiser

  • If an organiser cancels an event after activation, the platform fee paid to DYN EVENTS is non-refundable.
  • The organiser is solely responsible for refunding any amounts collected from guests for that event.
  • DYN EVENTS may deactivate the event on the platform upon receiving written notice from the organiser.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same event activation, contact us immediately at support@dynticket.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • The event name and date
  • Razorpay payment ID(s)

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process

Where a refund is approved by DYN EVENTS:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) via Razorpay.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a payment or believe a charge was made in error, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all payment disputes fairly and promptly.
