Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DYN EVENTS platform ("Platform", "Service") operated by DYN EVENTS ("Company", "we", "us") at dynticket.com. These Terms apply to all users including event organisers and ticket holders.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DYN EVENTS is a B2B intelligent ticketing and entry management platform that enables event organisers to:

• Create and manage events with multiple ticket types
• Generate QR-code-based digital tickets
• Collect and verify guest registrations (KYC)
• Manage entry gates and gate operators
• Scan and validate tickets at event entry

3. Organiser Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Fees and Payment

• A per-seat activation fee is charged when creating an event. The fee is displayed clearly before payment.
• Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely via Razorpay.
• Events are saved as drafts and activated only upon successful payment.
• All platform fees are non-refundable once an event has been activated. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Ticket prices set by organisers for their guests are entirely the organiser's responsibility. The Platform does not collect ticket sale revenue from guests on behalf of organisers.

5. Organiser Responsibilities

As an event organiser, you agree to:

• Ensure all event information provided is accurate and lawful.
• Obtain all necessary permits, licences, and approvals for your event.
• Handle guest data (names, emails, phone numbers, ID proofs) in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activity.
• Not issue more tickets than the venue capacity allows.
• Inform guests of your own refund and cancellation policy for event tickets.

6. Guest Ticket Terms

• Tickets are issued as unique QR codes linked to a specific event.
• Each ticket can be scanned only once at entry. Once scanned, it is marked as used and cannot be reused.
• The organiser determines whether guest registration (KYC) is required to activate a ticket.
• Guests must provide accurate information during registration. False information may result in ticket cancellation.
• The Platform is not responsible for guest refunds — all such disputes are between the guest and the event organiser.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Duplicate, resell, or transfer tickets outside of the authorised organiser flow
• Attempt to forge, manipulate, or reverse-engineer QR codes
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of DYN EVENTS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYN EVENTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DYN EVENTS, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered organisers of material changes by email.
